Jordan Bailey

Jordan Bailey is an employment and labour lawyer at Zubas Flett Liberatore Law LLP, recognized for delivering strategic legal advice to employers and employees alike. Before joining Zubas Flett Liberatore Law, Jordan cultivated a unique skill set spanning both legal advocacy and business management. His entrepreneurial experience in various service-based industries—from plumbing to hospitality—gives him firsthand insight into the challenges employers and employees face. In recent years, Jordan represented clients in housing rights matters at various Ontario Tribunals and the Divisional Court with the Canadian Centre for Housing Rights. He applies procedural know how and tenacity to his advocacy.
