Grace Lu

Grace Lu is a paralegal and law clerk at Zubas Flett Liberatore Law LLP. Grace graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Criminology & Socio-Legal Studies and Human Resources & Industrial Relations. Grace then obtained her paralegal diploma and became a licensed paralegal with the Law Society in 2015. Since the start of her career, Grace has worked at many reputable law firms varying in areas such as criminal defence law, personal injury law, insurance defence, civil litigation and labour and employment law. As a paralegal, she has represented clients before the Landlord and Tenant Board and the Small Claims Court.

With her knowledge and experience, Grace assists clients during every stage of the litigation process and supports lawyers to create strategic yet cost effective legal solutions tailored to the client’s unique needs. Grace brings a fresh perspective and meticulous attention to detail, making sure that every aspect of a client’s case is handled with precision and care. Grace excels at multitasking and she seamlessly navigates complex tasks with a keen intuition that ensures every issue is addressed efficiently and proactively.

Grace speaks English, Mandarin and the Shanghai dialect. Outside of the office, Grace spends her time being a mother to her young toddler and two senior dogs. Grace enjoys travelling, being a foodie and bingeing crime documentaries on Netflix.
